Taught Certified Investment Counselor courses, including contracts negotiations, finance rates of return, property evaluation and investment analysis. Top sales associate for income property sales. Co-produced the Equity Share program, obtained HUD approval for FHA financing.

DeFord and Company Appraisers Appraiser gathered information for SRA appraiser. Prepared Performa’s cost projections, comparable sales for both new and exiting properties. I developed specialized software to speed the evaluation and trends analysis.

Great Western Solar Age Owner / Manager Solar systems company. Responsibilities included Management, Sales, Installation and accounting. Store had a staff of 7 people.

Trackor Information Systems President. Created ShowTrax a specialized business form for real estate industry. Responsible for all facets of the business including Nation wide sales, management, purchasing, customer support, fulfillment and accounting. Developed the market increasing sales form 0 to 100K forms per month, in 27 states across the US. Wrote accounting program to automate the order and fulfillment process and auto generate the sales tax reporting.

Computer Gold Mine New and used computer retail store. Conducted evaluation and purchased used equipment for resale. Managed 6 person staff. Increased store sales from 15K to 60K per month. Functions included Technical support, Purchasing and bookkeeping. On departure offered 33% ownership of the store.

Trackor Systems Founder and Vice president of Sales and Installation. I completed sales to major and minor real estate companies throughout the US. Attended trade shows as a vendor for all major franchises and National Association of Realtors. Taught both the use and theory of CALLTRAX® Designed and supervised the coding by a 3 member team in Anthora (a dbase –C++ type language). First windows based product for real estate front desk operation including the call or lead management system. Developed commission evaluation suite. Sales of $450,000.

Calltrax was the first software to track both showing appointments and Ad or advertising calls.

Consulting for Real estate Agents Train agents on PCs including DOS, Windows word processors spread sheets, accounting and various industry specific software. Including MLS, communications, system set-up, tuning equipment and software purchasing.

Wasatch Front Regional MLS Technical Staff: Here I developed an accounting software program in MS Access for agent billing, customer support, fining and statistics. I also developed web site components for statistical reporting. Provided telephone and in person technical customer support to members. Taught courses on using the MLS (multiple listing service) throughout the state of Utah.
